Bottle Size and Fill
State the intended fill quantity, nominal bottle size and required dimensions. Ask for usable volume, a drawing and a filling trial where needed.
Keep bottle volume separate from the amount dispensed by the pipette. Neither number establishes a dose on its own.
Neck and Closure Fit
Specify the bottle neck and matching closure version. Request details for the seal and any liner.
Approve the assembled sample rather than assuming similarly described components are interchangeable. Record any assembly requirements provided by the supplier.
