Choose by the finished formula
Give the evaluator the finished formula, intended fill quantity, dispensing requirement and relevant filling or storage conditions. Request the actual contact materials rather than approving a broad glass-or-bamboo description. If light protection matters, ask for evidence on the selected glass and finish; color alone does not establish a protection percentage or shelf-life outcome.
Approve fit, output and handling
Match the bottle neck and closure by drawings and samples. A shared neck label does not guarantee a working combination. Define priming or filling steps where relevant, the desired dispensing experience and the checks needed with the actual formula. There is no universal drops-per-millilitre conversion for every formula and assembly.
Review evidence before bulk ordering
Agree the sample versions, evaluation conditions and acceptance criteria for closure operation, dispensing and distribution. Keep any leak, barrier, recycled-content or sourcing claim tied to the supporting record. A standard bamboo dropper is not a qualified child-resistant system without evidence for the actual assembly.
MOQ, Samples and Production Timing
MOQ is 1,000 pieces. Confirm the order basis for your selected size, finish and customization in the written quotation. Ask whether free samples are available for the selected item; sample preparation, decoration and shipping terms must be confirmed. Production lead time is 25–30 days after sample approval, subject to the confirmed order and quotation.
