Choose the complete jar for the formula

Give the responsible evaluator the formula, filling process, intended use and storage conditions. Compare candidate assemblies against those requirements. Glass, plastic or metal descriptions alone do not prove compatibility, light protection, an oxygen barrier or preservation of the finished formula.

Confirm size on a filling sample

Keep mass and volume separate. A nominal gram-size label is not a guaranteed fill weight for every cream. Ask for the usable volume, dimensions, closure clearance and a sample for your actual filling quantity before artwork or bulk-order approval.

Define closure and distribution checks

Identify the liner, seal and closing method. Agree relevant filled-sample evaluation conditions and acceptance criteria with the supplier. A wood or bamboo lid does not perform every sealing function, and a successful dry fit is not a distribution or shelf-life study.

Review claims and changes

Ask for evidence tied to the actual item before using sourcing, recycled-content, refill or environmental statements. Keep the approved drawing, assembly, finish and artwork together. Review substitutions to contact materials, liners or coatings before accepting them.

MOQ, Samples and Production Timing

MOQ is 1,000 pieces. Confirm the order basis for your selected size, finish and customization in the written quotation. Ask whether free samples are available for the selected item; sample preparation, decoration and shipping terms must be confirmed. Production lead time is 25–30 days after sample approval, subject to the confirmed order and quotation.
