Request a component drawing identifying the threaded inner part, liner or pad and product-contact materials. A PE description alone does not prove an airtight or leak-proof assembly. Evaluate closing, fit and sealing with the selected jar and formula.
Confirm usable fill and headspace with a filling trial. If the formula is hot-filled, obtain supported process conditions and evaluate temperature changes with the filling team. Heavy glass alone does not authorize a particular filling temperature.
Agree on formula-contact, stability and transport evaluations. The liner does not guarantee zero mold or oxidation. Request the bamboo finish specification and evaluate intended humidity exposure rather than assuming the lid cannot crack.
For 5 or 15 g labels, request the actual printable area before preparing artwork. Review minimum text size, position and marking clarity on a representative sample. Confirm sample charges and production requirements.
Request dimensions, unit weight, carton quantities and protective packing. Confirm current availability, production timing and shipping separately. Keep the approved component and artwork versions with the purchase specification.
Is the jar hot-pour compatible? Confirm the actual process and sample results.
Does the liner prevent all leakage? Test the complete assembly under agreed conditions.
Can a small jar be printed? Request artwork-area and process review for the selected size.
