Confirm usable volume, formula density and intended headspace in a filling trial. Request a drawing and label area for the selected version. Approve the jar, lid and carton together before finalizing artwork.
Ask for the complete inner closure and liner specification. Evaluate closing, seal fit, formula contact and relevant storage and transport conditions. A PE description alone does not establish universal compatibility, an airtight seal, mold prevention or protection from oxidation.
For a light-sensitive formula, request supporting light-transmission information and perform the relevant stability evaluation. If hot filling is intended, obtain the supplier’s supported process conditions and evaluate thermal changes with your filling team. This listing does not authorize a specific hot-pour temperature.
Approve print positioning, lid marking and acceptable bamboo grain and tone. Request evidence for environmental claims and check disposal options for each component in the target market. Do not assume the complete jar is compostable or that all local systems accept its components.
