List the inner container, piston or other follower system, pump, seals and all contact components separately. AS is a resin description; PCR describes recycled-content origin and does not identify a resin or a percentage by itself. Keep the approved specification with the order.
Evaluate priming, dose consistency, repeated dispensing and residual product under agreed conditions. Do not assume that any acidic serum, solvent-rich formula or thick cream is compatible. Ingredient names and nominal capacity do not establish performance.
An airless mechanism does not prove zero oxygen exposure, no bacterial contamination or a particular shelf life. Plan stability, preservation and compatibility evaluation with the product development team. The previous over-95% evacuation statement is not a verified specification for this SKU.
Request filling and assembly instructions, dimensions, usable fill and unit weight. Evaluate sealing and relevant storage orientation and transport conditions with filled samples and final packing. Confirm acceptance criteria before bulk production.
