Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. They govern the manufacturing, supply, and wholesale partnership between you and ECO-BAMBOO Packaging.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with ECO-BAMBOO Packaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement regarding the supply of sustainable packaging solutions.
02 Service Description
We provide OEM/ODM manufacturing services for bamboo and glass cosmetic packaging. Our services include:
- Product design and 3D prototyping.
- Custom mold development.
- Mass production under ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Surface handling (screen printing, engraving, painting).
Note: All product specifications, including dimensions and materials, are detailed in the specific Proforma Invoice (PI) for each order.
03 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard B2B payment terms are:
Standard Orders
- Deposit: 30% via T/T upon order confirmation.
- Balance: 70% via T/T before shipment (against photos/videos of finished goods).
Custom Molds
- Tooling Fee: 100% prepaid before mold creation starts.
- Sample Fee: Refundable upon bulk order confirmation (subject to quantity).
04 Shipping & Incoterms
We support global shipping via Sea, Air, or Express. Default trade terms are governed by Incoterms 2020:
- EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges pickup from our factory.
- FOB (Free on Board): We handle export customs and load goods onto the vessel at the designated port.
- CIF/DDP: Available upon request for door-to-door service.
Lead times are estimates (typically 25-35 days) and may vary based on production capacity and material availability.
05 Intellectual Property
Your Designs are Safe: We respect client confidentiality.
Client IP: Any custom designs, logos, or molds provided or paid for by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client. We will not use these for other customers without permission.
Our IP: Our standard product catalog, website content, and proprietary manufacturing techniques remain the property of ECO-BAMBOO Packaging.
06 Quality & Warranty
We guarantee that products will meet the specifications outlined in the approved pre-production sample.
- Inspection: Clients are welcome to arrange 3rd-party inspection (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) before shipment.
- Claims: Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be made in writing within 30 days of cargo arrival. Defective items will be replaced or refunded in the next order.
07 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods sold. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or supply chain disruptions caused by pandemics.
08 Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment of invoices.
- Violation of intellectual property rights.
- Abusive behavior towards our staff.
